Ibis Carcassonne Centre - La Cite

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had great 1 day overall. The room was neat on heater, had wake-up service, that's cool. Lots of facilities such as: central heating, an iron with ironing board and a work desk.

It had not very comfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Staff and location were very good, I appreciated it. The breakfast had variety of options: eggs, fruit, pastries, yoghourt and cheese.

My bed was too soft, unfortunately.

I was travelling to Carcassonne for one night. Small hotel located adjacent to CAFE, THE OLD MEDIEVAL BRIDGE, the newer part of town. Also, I liked how brilliant the location was...

Really clean facilities, unique location, good value. They made my stay perfect. Very well decorated and basic double rooms with stunningly beautiful views. The hotel had a pleasant bar and a huge restaurant.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and the place was neat. The staff did all they can for a great stay. We had double room with good shower and comfortable bed. Picturesque location to historic fortified city of carcassonne.

It is straightforward place to stay, the food is great, and location is quiet right by the castle.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Such a very relaxing experience. All was fairly clean, I loved fabulous staff and location. Found in the shopping area. The beds were large, I slept well. Gorgeous gardens on the territory.

Excellent base for 2 nights. The hotel was budget, the bed was comfortable. The standard double room had everything you need, central heating, an ironing set and a writing table. Restaurant here was good.

Worth its 3 stars. The location was great, the room was very clean and the beds where good. Stopped by Patisserie Bimas to get some coffee and treats, its metres from the venue, recommend.

good breakfast and useful personnel. really perfect location. we would come there again. patisserie bimas, which can be found only 500 m away, was a fast dining option.

Staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay. It made our trip to Carcassonne an excellent experience. The setting of hotel was IDEAL. Location, easy walk to all attractions.
